The Church of Our Lady of Remedios is a historic church located in Daman, Daman and Diu. It was constructed as a chapel in 1607 by Ruy de Mello de Sampayo, the Governor and Captain of Daman.
The church is situated about a 15-minute walk from the Lighthouse Beach, towards the south, and can be reached by turning left near the Yogeshwar Temple.
The church features beautiful 17th-century engravings and a statue of Jesus in the middle of a pyramid-shaped structure adjoining the church. It is a significant religious and historical site, attracting visitors interested in its architecture and history.
