Located in Devbhoomi Dwarka, Gujarat, this revered site is dedicated to Lord Shiva and holds immense spiritual significance. The temple is situated between Dwarka city and Beyt Dwarka Island on the coast of Saurashtra.
The temple features a 25-meter tall statue of a sitting Lord Shiva and a large garden with a pond, making it a serene and picturesque place for devotees and visitors. According to legend, a demon named Daaruka imprisoned a Shiva devotee named Supriya at this site. Supriya's chants of "Om Namaha Shivay" invoked Lord Shiva, who vanquished the demon and manifested as a Shivalinga.
