Komaram Bheem Asifabad is a district located in the state of Telangana, India. It was formed in 2016 as a part of the reorganization of districts in the state. The district is named after Komaram Bheem, a tribal leader and freedom fighter who fought against the oppression of tribal communities during the British Raj.

Komaram Bheem Asifabad is situated in the northern part of Telangana and shares its borders with Maharashtra in the north, Adilabad district in the east, Mancherial district in the south, and Nirmal district in the west. The district covers an area of approximately 4,341 square kilometers.
