Kamle is a district located in the state of Arunachal Pradesh in India. It is situated in the northeastern part of the country and falls under the administrative division of the Lower Subansiri district. Kamle district was carved out from the Lower Subansiri district and officially came into existence on 27th November 2020.

The district is named after the Kamle River, which flows through the region. Kamle district shares its borders with the Kurung Kumey district to the east, the Upper Subansiri district to the west, the Lower Subansiri district to the south, and the Lower Siang district to the north.
