The Akhund Mullah Shah Mosque, also known as the Dara Shikoh Masjid, is a historic structure located in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. Built in 1649 by Dara Shikoh, the eldest son of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, the mosque was dedicated to his spiritual mentor, Akhund Mullah Shah.
It is situated near the Makhdoom Sahib Shrine on the southern flank of Hari Parbat.
The mosque, now in partial ruins, is recognized as a Monument of National Importance. Its architecture reflects Mughal influences, with features like a courtyard and a stone lotus crowning its podium.
