The Bahadurgarh Fort in Patiala, Punjab, is a historical fort with a rich heritage. Originally built by Nawab Saif Khan in 1658, it was later renovated by Maharaja Karam Singh in 1837. The fort is named after Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru, who stayed here before his journey to Delhi. The fort is spread over an area of about 2 square kilometers and is surrounded by two concentric walls and a moat.
