The monument is built out of rubble and plaster, featuring arched entrances on the east, north, and south sides, with a mihrab (a semicircular niche indicating the direction of prayer) on the west side.
The structure is believed to be a tomb, as remnants of a grave have been found inside, although the identity of the person buried there remains unknown. The dome's ceiling is adorned with a painted medallion, adding to its architectural charm.
