It has a seating capacity of 4,000 and is notable for having Asia's longest single-sheet roof, spanning 131 meters.
The stadium features maple wood flooring, air conditioning, player change rooms, lounges, dope control and medical rooms, a media center, state-of-the-art acoustics, HD lighting, CCTV, and ample parking facilities. It supports a wide range of indoor sports, including volleyball and basketball, and can host any indoor Olympic event, as well as non-sporting events. The stadium was constructed in a record 11 months at a cost of around 82 crore INR and was inaugurated in 2014.
