Khinwara
Khinwara is a town in the Rani tehsil of Pali district in Rajasthan, India, situated on the Western Railway line between Ahmedabad and Delhi, though it does not have its own railway station.
The town is known locally as "Balaji ki Nagari" due to the presence of a famous temple dedicated to Balaji. Khinwara is home to around 10,000 people and has a bus stand, several private schools, markets, and banking facilities including a branch of the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur alongside private banks. Historically, Khinwara was part of the Rathore dynasty’s Thikana estate, known as Palinath Khinwara, which was granted to Thakur Jagat Singh in the 18th century.
The town is surrounded by other villages and serves as a local trade and educational center within the region. The landscape is enriched by nearby rivers such as the Khari and Sukri.
