Mina Masjid
Mina Masjid, also known as the Heavenly Mosque, is a small, private mosque located within Agra Fort, Uttar Pradesh. Built entirely of white marble by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631 and 1640 CE, the mosque was meant for his personal use.
The mosque is enclosed by high walls, ensuring privacy, and features a simple design with three small arches in its façade. The western wall houses a mihrab, and the courtyard is paved with marble tiles. Shah Jahan is believed to have used this mosque during his imprisonment in Musamman Burj from 1658 to 1666 CE, under the rule of his son Aurangzeb.
