The restoration project includes desilting, boosting its storage capacity, and creating three square-shaped mud islands planted with 10,000 saplings. The project aims to enhance biodiversity, promote sustainable tourism, and improve the microclimate. The lake will feature linear parks, boating facilities, pedestrian-friendly walkways, and other amenities.
