Ghaziabad is a district located in the state of Uttar Pradesh (UP) in India. It is a part of the National Capital Region (NCR) and is situated in close proximity to the national capital, New Delhi. Ghaziabad is known for its rapid urbanization and industrial development. The district of Ghaziabad is bordered by the districts of Meerut to the north, Bulandshahr to the east, Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida) to the south, and Delhi to the west. It covers an area of approximately 1,180 square kilometers and is divided into several administrative units called tehsils and blocks.
