Nadia district is located in the state of West Bengal, India. It is situated in the eastern part of the state and is bordered by Bangladesh to the east. The district headquarters is in the town of Krishnanagar.
Nadia district covers an area of approximately 3,927 square kilometers and is divided into several administrative subdivisions and blocks. The major towns in the district include Krishnanagar, Nabadwip, Ranaghat, Kalyani, and Santipur.
