Rajanna Sircilla is a district in the state of Telangana, India. It is named after former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao's father, Kondapalli Venkata Ranga Rao. The district was formed in 2016 when it was carved out of the larger Karimnagar district.

Rajanna Sircilla district is located in the northern part of Telangana and shares its borders with the Karimnagar district to the north, Siddipet district to the west, and Jagtial district to the east. The district headquarters is in the town of Sircilla, which is also the largest town in the district.
