Tiruppur is a district located in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. It is situated in the western part of Tamil Nadu and is known for its thriving textile and garment industry. The district headquarters is also named Tiruppur.
Tiruppur district is bordered by the Coimbatore district to the west, the Erode district to the north, and the Karur and Dindigul districts to the east. The district covers an area of approximately 5,104 square kilometers and is divided into three revenue divisions: Tiruppur, Avinashi, and Dharapuram.
