Devgad Fort, also known as Janjira Devgad Fort, is a historic fort located about 5 kilometers from Devgad town in the Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra. The fort is surrounded by the sea on three sides and is connected to the land on the south. It was built in 1729 by Dattajirao Angre and later controlled by Kanhoji Angre.
