Originally known as Company Bagh, it was designed in 1830 by Walter Granville and served as a recreational space for British officers and their families. The park was later renamed in honor of Sir Charles Elliot, the Lieutenant Governor of Bengal during the mid-19th century.
Spread over 90,000 square feet, Elliot Park is a popular spot for morning walkers, joggers, and families.
