Designed by British architect Richard Roskell Bayne, the tower showcases a blend of Mughal and Victorian architectural styles. The clock mechanism is made of gunmetal, and the dial is designed in the shape of a 12-petaled flower with bells around it. The tower's pendulum is 14 feet long.
