The Jaya He GVK New Museum is located within Terminal 2 (T2) of the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It was envisioned by Sanjay Reddy, Vice-Chairman of GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited, and inaugurated in January 2014.
The museum is part of India's largest public art program, titled "Jaya He", which aims to celebrate India's rich cultural heritage and diversity.
The museum showcases over 7,000 pieces of artwork and artifacts from various regions of India, integrated into more than a hundred art installations. The exhibits are spread across different thematic compositions, such as India Greets, India Global, India Elemental, India Silent Sentinels, India Moves, and India Seamless.
