The park features a 400-meter-long jogging track with a mud strip for running and two paved tracks for walking or jogging. It also offers comfortable seating arrangements, making it a great spot for relaxation and socializing.
The park was developed through the efforts of Oliver Andrade, a veteran hockey coach and former corporator, who transformed the site from a dumping ground into a jogging track with the help of film stars Dilip Kumar and Sunil Dutt. The park's scenic location at the southern end of Carter Road provides stunning views of the Arabian Sea, especially during sunset.
