Nabanna is a government building in Howrah, West Bengal, serving as the temporary State Secretariat of the Government of West Bengal. Located at Mandirtala, Shibpur, it was inaugurated on October 5, 2013, by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
The 14-story building previously housed the Hooghly River Bridge Commissioners (HRBC) and was converted into the new secretariat within a short period by the Public Works Department (PWD).
The Chief Minister's Office is located on the top floor, while other government departments, including the Home Department, occupy different levels of the building.
