Shah-e-Alam's Roza, also known as Rasulabad Dargah, is a historic mosque and tomb complex located in the Shah Alam area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The site is named after Shah-e-Alam, a revered Muslim saint and religious teacher who was the son of Syed Burhanuddin Qutub-ul-Alam.
The complex was constructed between 1475 and 1483, with its architecture reflecting the grandeur of the late Sultanate period. The ensemble includes a mosque, tomb, assembly hall, and a water reservoir, all enclosed within a fortified wall. The tomb of Shah-e-Alam is adorned with intricate stone lattice work and features a high central dome surrounded by smaller domes.
The mosque, with its open façade and towering minarets, stands as an example of Islamic architectural excellence. Over the centuries, the site has been maintained and restored by various rulers, including Aurangzeb, who assigned villages for its upkeep.
