The Sonai Rupai Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area located in the Sonitpur district of Assam, India. Established in 1998, the sanctuary covers an area of approximately 220 square kilometers and is situated along the foothills of the Great Himalayan Range.

The sanctuary is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, making it an important biodiversity hotspot.
