Haveri is a district located in the state of Karnataka, India. It is situated in the central part of the state and falls under the administrative division of Belagavi Division. Haveri district covers an area of approximately 4,825 square kilometers and has a population of around 1.6 million people.

The district is known for its rich historical and cultural heritage. It has several ancient temples, including the famous Siddhesvara Temple in Haveri town, which is an architectural marvel built during the Western Chalukya dynasty.
