Mangkhaia Lung is a unique and historical stone structure located in Champhai, Mizoram. It stands at a height of 5 meters and was built around 1700 AD in honor of Mangkhaia, a well-known chief of the Ralte tribe. The structure features several human figures carved into it, believed to represent the guardians of the deceased.
Nearby, there are smaller stones with engravings of mithuns, an animal common in Northeast India.
