The Nihal Tower, also known as Ghanta Ghar, is a historic landmark located on Town Hall Street in Dholpur, Rajasthan. The tower was commissioned by Raja Nihal Singh in 1880 and completed around 1910 by Raja Ram Singh. Standing at 150 feet high, the tower is built from Dholpur red sandstone and features 12 arched doors at its base, covering a circumference of 120 feet.
One of the most striking features of the tower is the 600 kg metal bell hanging on the top floor, which can be heard for several kilometers. The tower also has 125 stairs leading to the top, where a beautiful chhatri supported by eight pillars is located.
