Peddarutla (also called Pedarikatla) is a village located in Konakanamitla Mandal of Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh, India. It is situated about 65 kilometers west of the district headquarters Ongole and 18 kilometers from the sub-district headquarter Konakanamitla. As of the 2011 census, the village has a population of approximately 4,294 people living in around 1,047 households, with a nearly equal gender ratio. Telugu is the predominant language spoken.
The village has a literacy rate of about 45.6%, with male literacy higher than female literacy. Peddarutla falls under the jurisdiction of its own Gram Panchayat and is surrounded by several nearby villages, with road connections to nearby towns like Markapur.
