Established in 1951, the museum holds immense historical significance, as it is believed to be the unification point of the mythical Saraswati, Hiranya, and Kapila rivers.
It houses art treasures, Sanskrit inscriptions, toranas, sacred waters, pillars, and statues of deities like Vishnu, Natra Bhairava, Agni, Uma Maheshwara, and Parvati from the 11th century. Additionally, visitors can find stone apsaras, pottery shards, and a glass container holding waters from various rivers and seas.
