It features 13 pitches made with special soil from Mokama and Pune to enhance game quality and includes four main pavilions equipped with modern amenities such as food courts, lifts, restrooms, media and commentary rooms, and corporate boxes.

Construction progress as of mid-2025 shows the main pavilion framework is complete, and finishing touches like plastering and wiring are underway, with the playing surface and drainage system nearly ready.
