Sair Sapata is a popular entertainment and tourism complex located on the banks of the Upper Lake in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Developed by the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation, it was inaugurated on September 29, 2011. The complex spans over an area of 24.56 acres and offers a variety of recreational activities for visitors of all ages.
One of the main attractions at Sair Sapata is the suspension bridge, which connects Prempura and Sewania. This bridge, built along the lines of the Lachman Jhula in Rishikesh, is the first pedestrian bridge in India to be constructed using RCC deck slabs. The bridge is 183.20 meters long and 3.6 meters wide, providing a scenic walkway over the lake.
