The Tomb of Lal Khan is a historical mausoleum located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. It was built in 1773 by the Nawab of Awadh, Shuja-ud-Daula, in memory of Lal Khan, who was a minister in the service of Balwant Singh. The tomb is situated near the Malviya Bridge and the dismantled old Raj Ghat fort.
The tomb features stunning Mughal architecture with intricate stonework and a beautiful dome. It is surrounded by a well-maintained green lawn and offers a peaceful environment.
The site also includes an ASI excavation site where remains of an ancient settlement dating back to the first to third century AD have been discovered.
