Porbandar is a district located in the state of Gujarat, India. It is situated on the western coast of the country and is known for its historical and cultural significance. Porbandar is also the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Indian Nation.
The district of Porbandar covers an area of approximately 2,294 square kilometers and is bordered by the Arabian Sea on the west. It is surrounded by Junagadh district in the east, Devbhoomi Dwarka district in the north, and the Gulf of Kutch in the south.
