Horniman Circle Garden, located in the Fort district of South Mumbai, Maharashtra, is a large and historic park that spans approximately 2.5 acres (1.01 hectares). The garden was established in 1872 and was originally known as Elphinstone Circle. It was later renamed in honor of Benjamin Horniman, the editor of The Bombay Chronicle newspaper, who supported Indian independence.

The garden is surrounded by impressive buildings, including the Reserve Bank of India and the Asiatic Society Library. It features well-maintained lawns, pathways, and a central fountain. The garden is a popular spot for relaxation, morning and evening walks, and various cultural events.

It also hosts annual festivals such as the Kala Ghoda Music Festival and the Sufi and Mystic Music Festival.
