Kans Quila, also known as Kans Qila, is a historic fort located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The fort is named after King Kansa, the maternal uncle of Lord Krishna, and holds significant historical and mythological importance. The fort is situated on the banks of the Yamuna River and is believed to date back to the period of the Mahabharata.

The fort was renovated in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh of Amber, and later, Raja Sawai Jai Singh of Jaipur added an observatory to the complex, although it no longer exists. The architecture of Kans Quila is a blend of Hindu and Mughal styles, featuring red sandstone and marble structures.
