The mosque's name comes from the bricks used in its construction, which were made from soil brought from Mecca.
The mosque can accommodate up to 10,000 worshippers at a time and features a stunning Indo-Islamic architectural style. The main prayer hall is 75 feet high and has dimensions of 220 feet by 180 feet. The mosque is adorned with Belgian crystal chandeliers, intricately designed arches, and verses from the Quran carved on its doors.
