Shrubbery Nightingale Park is a beautiful public park located in Darjeeling, West Bengal. Originally known as The Shrubbery, it was the private courtyard of Sir Thomas Tartan's Bungalow during the British Raj. The park was destroyed in the 1934 earthquake but was later rebuilt and reopened to the public in 2011 after extensive redesigning.
The park is slightly elevated and offers stunning views of the snow-capped peaks of the Eastern Himalayas, including the Kanchenjunga. It features walkways, sitting benches, and shaded seating areas, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
