The Sri Krupakupareswarar Temple, also known as the Krupakupareswarar Temple, is a revered Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Located in the village of Gomal in the Mayiladuthurai district of Tamil Nadu, this temple is known for its swayambumurthy (self-manifested) lingam of Lord Shiva.

The presiding deity, Krupakupareswarar, is worshipped alongside Annapoorani, the goddess associated with the temple. The temple is considered a parihara sthalam for those born under the Hastha nakshatra (star), and devotees visit the temple to seek relief from astrological challenges.

The temple is also known for its unique legend, where Mother Parvathi took the form of a cow and worshipped Lord Shiva, leading to the name Gopuri (place of the cow). The temple is open from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and it hosts several festivals throughout the year, including Mahashivaratri, Margazhi Tiruvadhiai, and Tirukarthikai.

Devotees often bring offerings such as sweet puddings, vada, and laddu to seek the blessings of the deities.
