R. Vaishali Wins FIDE Women’s Candidates Tournament 2026

Indian chess star R. Vaishali has created history by winning the FIDE Women’s Candidates Tournament 2026 in Cyprus. She finished with a score of 8.5 out of 14, securing her victory after defeating Kateryna Lagno in the final round.
